Stuart C. Gruskin was tragically killed by a bicyclist going the wrong way down the street in New York City on April 28, 2009. The Stuart C. Gruskin Foundation, established shortly after his death, is working with Hunter College to facilitate the collection of information and statistics concerning bicycle on pedestrian incidents in NYC.
